Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s book ‘Unscripted’ was published on January 25th and topped the sales charts on Amazon. It was trending than no. 1 a day. The book shows Vidhu’s film life and his journey and contains fascinating anecdotes from his life and career. Amitabh Bachchan is the youngest star to praise Vidhu.

Amitabh went on Twitter to upload a video of Vidhu’s journey into the industry, working with different actors on different projects. The video was uploaded with the title “Vidhu Vinod Chopra … honest, open and honest … as he is in real life … a rarity …”.

From someone who once released his student film even though it was incomplete because he ran out of money and film inventory, he now has the distinction of directing one of the most important production houses in India, VVC Films.
