Night Stalker on Netflix is the latest real crime documentary series that everyone is talking about.
It was published on January 13th and tells how serial killer Richard Ramirez wreaked havoc in Los Angeles in the 1980s.
And while the four-part series won’t be released until next week, they can’t wait to see it.
What is Night Stalker on Netflix about?
Ramirez went about his ‘work’ in sultry 1985 LA.
At first, the police thought that the series of murders and sexual assaults were not related.
The killer persecuted men, women and children aged six to 82 years.
It wasn’t long, however, before the police made these crucial connections.

Netflix says that “never in criminal history has a single murderer been responsible for such a gruesome series of crimes.”
The series shows how the young detective Gil Carrillo and the legendary homicide detective Frank Salerno worked to solve the case.
How many people did Richard Ramirez kill?
Incredibly, Ramirez killed 13 people over a one-year period – from 1984 to 1985 – and was ultimately charged with 11 sexual assaults.
He also tried to kill five more people.
Ramirez committed his first murder in April 1984.
He sexually assaulted and beat nine-year-old Mei Leung in his basement in San Francisco.

Are the audience looking forward to it?
Despite Ramirez’s heinous crimes, subscribers took to Twitter to register their excitement.

Richard Ramirez still alive?
In short, no.
Ramirez was sentenced to death after his capture in New Mexico.

After serving on death row for more than 23 years, he died of B-cell lymphoma at the age of 53.
He was also a drug addict and had chronic hepatitis C virus infection.
Nightstalker: The Hunt for a Serial Killer will be available on Netflix starting Wednesday January 13th
