The Netflix Synopsis states, “The brand new show starts in the early 11th century. It chronicles the legendary adventures of some of the most famous Vikings who ever lived – Leif Eriksson, Freydis Eriksdotter, Harald Hardrada and the Norman King William the Conqueror. They pave a way as they struggle to survive in the ever-changing and evolving world. “

Creator Michael Hurst opened the upcoming series and revealed some exciting details.

He revealed, “It couldn’t be bigger than the last few episodes of mine Vikings. Because of the armies and the great battles we’ve had … You really can’t get any bigger.

“But what should I say? It’s made in the same places, a lot of it. We’re going back to the Kattegat. This is of course the spiritual home of the Vikings. But it’s a changed Kattegat. It is really one of the largest ports, commercial ports in Europe.
