Voice UK 2021 viewers sobbed last night after seeing candidate Stephanee Leal speak about her late husband.
Hopeful Stephanee, 25, stated that she moved to the UK after meeting her husband in the Caribbean.
But before her voice audition, the singer told how he tragically died days before their second wedding anniversary.

Stephanee, who is originally from Venezuela, explained in her video intro that her husband was killed in an accident.
Holding back tears, she said, “It was just before our two year anniversary, then he died a few days earlier.
“He had an accident in Cornwall. The paramedics came and he was in the hospital fighting maybe a day or so.
“But it was just… he was in really bad shape. So he died. “
I feel that since he couldn’t finish his life story, it is time for me to make him really proud.
The singer continued, “It was just a lot of getting through. I didn’t have my family with me, so I started writing songs.
“Music was definitely a great healer for me.
“I feel that since he couldn’t finish his life story, it is time for me to make him really proud. Today means the world. Literally.”
What did Stephanee say to the judges at The Voice?
Stephanee played Runnin ‘by Naughty Boy ft. Beyoncé and Arrow Benjamin on the ITV1 show.
During their foreplay, trainers Anne-Marie and Will.i.am turned their chairs for them.
Meanwhile, Olly Murs asked Stephanee why she moved to the UK.
She said to him: “I moved to England because I met my husband.

“So yeah, I moved here … which brings me back, why the song is pretty important to me.
“He died about two years ago. Music was definitely a turning point for me. It was my healer. “
Stephanee chose Will.i.am as her trainer for the television competition.
