Does Marcella have a fun stroll in the ITV drama of the same name?
This is a question many fans of the hit ITV and Netflix drama have been asking themselves over the past few years.
Marcella, played by Anna Friel, seemed to be taking an unusual walk in the second series.
This left fans baffled, wondering if the character was suffering from an unconfirmed illness.
Or when Anna suffered herself. And now in series three, her walk seems to have changed completely again.
What did Anna Friel say about her walk on Marcella?
But Anna has resorted to negative Twitter responses about her walk in the past.
And assumed that this was all part of the character development of the British policeman.

In responding to a number of tweets, she admitted that her natural gait is a bit unusual.
But that the walk that Marcella takes is unique to this character.
Anna tweeted in 2018: “I admit it’s an unusual goal … Marcella goes like Marcella, not Anna! Xxx. “
Then she explained, “Marcella has her own way … that’s all I can say.”

Finally, “Some characters have a fun walk. Marcella is one of them. I am self-confident [SIC]. Don’t have the time and too many problems to worry about what people think! X. ”
So her gait and limp do not seem to be a cause for concern.

But an additional complexity for the character that Marcella is.
Why does Marcella work differently in series three?
But Anna says that Marcella goes differently in the third series.
This is because she is now undercover as Keira in Belfast.
Speak with stylistshe explained: “Keira is a completely different character – she even walks differently!”
Before adding, “Well, she still can’t quite walk in two paragraphs, but she’s a lot more feminine and openly sexual.
“She uses this sexuality as a tool because she is no longer afraid.”
What is Marcella about?
Marcella is a television series about a British detective who works in London.
Anna Friel plays Marcella and the first series begins with her investigation into the discovery of a murdered child.
But in the third series she reappears in Belfast and is now part of an undercover operation.
Now known as Keira Devlin with her blonde curls, she infiltrates a gangster family.
What’s wrong with Marcella?
While Marcella is excellent at her job, her recurring power outages can prevent this.
As her character suffers from dissociative identity disorder.
During the conversation with The sunAnna said playing Marcella can get her into trouble both mentally and physically.
She said, “Sometimes I got into such a state that I would fall into the trailer and throw up because the cortisol level was so high and the body was being poisoned by the stress.”
When will Marcella’s third series run?
Marcella’s third series has already started with ITV.
New episodes will air Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on ITV. Previous episodes can be streamed on ITV Hub.
