Aneurin Barnard appeared on BBC One’s Time TV program last night and immediately received high praise for his role as the deeply troubled detainee Bernard.
The 34-year-old Welsh actor has been a staple on our screens over the years – both on TV and in film.
But where did you see him before the BBC prison drama and what is he doing next?
Who did Aneurin Barnard play in Time?
Aneurin appeared unexpectedly in Time as Mark Cobden’s cellmate Bernard.
The nervous, paranoid inmate instantly made Cobden (played by Sean Bean) nervous, constantly babbling, asking questions about his life, and promoting conspiracy theories.
After their first night together, Bernard took off his top to reveal a shocking patchwork of self-harming scars.
