Which professional dancer won the BBC dance show Strictly the most?

It’s currently a draw – but Oti Mabuse could snatch the crown by the end of the year.

She won the show twice – with Bill Bailey last year and Kelvin Fletcher in 2019.

Previously, Aliona Vilani was the only pro on the show to win more than once.

She won with McFly drummer Harry Judd in 2011 and with Jay McGuiness of The Wanted in 2015.

Aliona also reached the finals in 2010 with Matt Baker, the former host of The One Show.

With Aliona no longer on the show and Oti hinting that this year might be her last, could she go out with a bang – and the three-time champion crown?

No pressure, Ugo Money!

Kevin Clifton’s multiple finals

Ex-strictly pro Kevin Clifton – who won 2018 with filmmaker Stacey Dooley – has reached more finals than anyone else.

Kevin finished second in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 when he danced with GMB’s Susanna Reid, singer Frankie Bridge, soap star Kellie Bright and model Louise Redknapp.

He was runner-up in 2011 with former Waterloo Road actress Chelsee Healey and again in 2012 with Girls Alouds Kimberley Walsh.

In 2014 he won with the late Love Island presenter Caroline Flack before reaching the final again in 2018 with Ashley Roberts from The Pussycat Dolls.

Other professionals who have appeared in two finals and won one each are: Brendan Cole, Darren Bennett, Camilla Dallerup, Artem Chigvintsev, Flavia Cacace and Aljaž Škorjanec.

The following have just made – and won – a final: Karen Hardy, Matthew Cutler, Ola Jordan, Joanne Clifton, and Katya Jones.
