Who is attending and when does the show start?

At Stand Up & Deliver, five celebrity faces will conquer the world of stand-up comedy – but when it comes to the cast, who is participating and when does it start?

During the two-part Channel 4 series, celebs only have two weeks to perfect an entire routine.

And all in favor of Stand Up To Cancer!

Who takes part in Stand Up & Deliver?

Katie McGlynn and Zoe Lyons

Katie McGlynn played Sinead Tinker on Coronation Street, who tragically died of cervical cancer.

Now the star has developed a little more optimistically.

The actress will be dating comedian Zoe Lyons on the Channel 4 show.

According to her website, Zoe took her first steps towards comedy in 2003 after graduating from Poor School in London as an actress.

Stand Up & Deliver: Shaun Ryder and Jason Manford

Jason Manford will be in charge of Shaun Ryder during the series.

Singer-songwriter Happy Montag is no stranger to reality TV having previously starred in Gogglebox and I’m A Celebrity.

It was a real challenge

Meanwhile, Jason began his comedy career at the age of 17 as a glass collector at a Manchester club.

Speak with The mirrorJason said, “Shaun has severe ADHD. So it was a real challenge remembering things, gathering information and absorbing new thoughts. “

Reverend Richard Coles and David Baddiel

The five amateurs also include Reverend Richard Coles and his mentor David Baddiel.

Rev. Richard, who appeared on Strictly Come Dancing in 2017, previously announced that he had avoided swearing during his routine.

The pastor was once instructed by the church to swear on television – and did not want it to be repeated.

On the other hand, David is known for his collaboration with Rob Newman on The Mary Whitehouse Experience and his partnership with Frank Skinner.

Stand Up & Deliver: Curtis Pritchard and Judi Love

The professional dancer Curtis Pritchard became famous on Love Island, where he hit it off with Maura Higgins.

During Stand Up & Deliver, he apparently jokes that girls on the ITV2 dating show are like used cars.

Supervised by Judi Love, the star reportedly says, “You have all these different shapes and sizes in front of you, try it out, take a test drive, and if you don’t like it send it back.”

Judi is not only a stand-up comedian, but also a panellist for Loose Women.

Sayeeda Warsi and Nick Helm

Meanwhile, the comic book Nick Helm is responsible for Sayeeda Warsi.

The politician was co-chair of the Conservative Party from 2010 to 2012.

When she opened her last gig, she recently shared The guard: “Comedy is a place where you can do things that politicians can’t. Up there I realized that I could say what I wanted and get away with it. “

Before taking on Sayeeda, Nick started stand-up comedy in 2007.

When is Stand Up & Deliver?

Stand Up and Deliver will be broadcast on Channel 4 as part of Stand Up To Cancer 2021.

The show starts on Thursday, February 25th at 9 p.m.
