Who is she playing? What was she in before?

Emmerdale star Katie Hill plays the dead mouth, wild schoolgirl Sarah Sugden in the soap.

She is the fifth actress to play the character and took on the role when the role changed to include more dramatic storylines.

Katie turned 18 in March 2021, a few years older than her alter ego Sarah, who was born in July 2005.

Emmerdale is the talented Katies’ first TV role, but we assume she has a bright future ahead of her.

She often posts videos on her Instagram account in which she sings – much to the delight of her 52,000 followers.

During the first lockdown in 2020, Katie attended the Woolpack Sessions.

These were a series of videos posted by the extremely talented Emmerdale cast that shared themselves singing their favorite songs.

Who is Katie Hill friends with?

According to Katie’s social media, she’s often hung out with Emmerdale co-star Daisy Campbell, who plays Amelia Spencer.

She is also close to Emma Atkins, who plays her grandmother Charity Dingle. And proud on-screen mom Charley Webb, aka Debbie Dingle, often admires Katie’s singing videos.

Sarah Sugden has been quiet lately. Anger over the bad behavior of Grandma Charity and missing mother Debbie, who lives in Scotland.
