Who is Tom Brown?

Tom Brown is a British chef who was a 2018 finalist on the Great British Menu.

He was born in Redruth, Cornwall.

Tom trained with Paul Ripley at Rick Stein’s Restaurant and the St. Kew Inn.

In 2012 he was appointed Chef de Partie at the St. Enodoc Hotel in Wadebridge, Cornwall.

He made quite an impression on the morning show, and some viewers called him “absolutely great”.

Phillip Schofield described Tom as the “Heston Blumenthal of the fish world”.

Where does Tom Brown work?

Tom now owns and runs his own Cornerstone restaurant.

Cornerstone is located in Hackney Wick.

The menu is inspired by the “plate-sharing spirit” and consists of simple but refined seafood dishes that change daily.

The restaurant opened in April 2018 and has an open kitchen and marble-topped bar where guests can sit and watch the chefs prepare their food.
