Your Honor on Sky Atlantic: What is it about?

Bryan Cranston plays a respected judge in the new drama.

He got into a moral dilemma when his son was involved in an incident.

Judge Michael Desiato tries to protect his son and believes that if he doesn’t tell anyone he can protect him.

However, it quickly becomes clear that the victim is a member of a criminal family planning to hand out their own brand of justice.

Widower Michael wants to protect his son, but is torn between the honorable.

He is led into a high-stakes game of lies, cheating, and impossible choices.

It is a 10-part series by Peter Moffat that is described as a “morally complex legal thriller that pervades all levels of New Orleans society”.

Your Honorary Cast: Bryan Cranston

Bryan returns to television in his first lead role since Breaking Bad.

He portrayed the antihero Walter White in the hugely successful TV series that ran from 2008 to 2013.

The 65-year-old has played for more than four decades, but it was his award-winning role as the unlikely drug king that made him a household name.

Before that, Bryan’s best-known roles were Tim Whatley in Seinfeld and Hal Wilkerson in Malcolm in the middle.

He has since appeared in the films Godzilla, The Infiltrator, and Breaking Bad’s 2019 spin-off El Camino.

He played as Vince in Sneaky Pete, Titanium Rex in SuperMansion and even played The President in The Stand.

Your Honorary Cast: Hunter Doohan

Hunter Doohan plays Bryan Cranston’s onscreen son Adam Desiato.

The young actor has been on our television screens since 2012 and appeared in a small role on Westworld in 2018.

He has since appeared in the television movie Cagney and Lacey and played Teenage Warren in the television series Truth Be Told from 2019 to 2020.

Her Honorary Cast: Hope Davis

Hope Davis portrays Gina Baxter, wife of gangster Jimmy.

The 56-year-old American actress has starred in films such as About Schmidt in 2002 and American Splendor in 2003.

She received two Emmy Award nominations for her 2009 television roles in the series In Treatment and in the film The Special Relationship.

In 2016, she appeared in the Marvel film Captain America: Civil War as Tony Stark’s mother, Maria Stark.

She has appeared in countless television series including Love Life, Wayward Pines, American Crime, The Newsroom, and Six Degrees.

Michael Stuhlbarg

Michael Stuhlbarg plays the gangster Jimmy Baxter – who seeks his own justice when his son is involved in a hit-and-run.

The 52-year-old actor was best known as troubled university professor Larry Gopnik in the 2009 dark comedy film A Serious Man.

Since then, he has appeared in numerous films and television series that portray real-life characters, including George Yeaman in Lincoln 2012, Lew Wasserman in Hitchcock 2012, and Andy Hertzfeld in Steve Jobs.

Perhaps most notably, he portrayed Arnold Rothstein on HBO’s Boardwalk Empire between 2010 and 2013.

Stuhlbarg’s other notable supporting roles include Men in Black 3, Blue Jasmine, Arrival and Doctor Strange.

He also appeared on the third season of Fargo in 2017.

Carmen, 47, portrays Lee Delamere in her honor – and she is British!

London-born actress Carmen is best known for her roles in films such as Metro, The Avengers, Love’s Labor’s Lost, Selma, Fantastic Beasts, and Where to Find Them and Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.

She also starred in television series such as Kidnapped, Zero Hour, The Girlfriend Experience, True Detective, and The Netflix limited series Self Made.

The 29-year-old actress plays Frannie in her honor.

She is known for her television roles such as Tea Marvelli in Skins, Sage Spence in Gossip Girl and Andrea Cornish in The Night Of.

From 2017 to 2018 Sofia starred as Sabrina in the FOX comedy The Mick.

She also starred in the 2015 film Project Almanac and the 2016 film Viral.

Actress Amy, 51, portrays Nancy Costello in her honor.

She is best known for her role as Sarah Pfefferman on the Amazon comedy-drama series Transparent between 2014 and 2019.

She has also appeared in the films Dan in Real Life, A Serious Man, Everything’s Bright, Project Almanac, and Beatrice at Dinner.

Tony Curran

Scottish actor Tony Curran plays Frankie in your honor.

He has appeared as Vincent Van Gogh in Doctor Who, Roots, and the historic Netflix epic The Outlaw King.

Tony also appeared on the BBC television series This Life.

Since then, he has appeared in a number of film and television roles, including Rodney Skinner in the League of Extraordinary Men.

He also played vampire roles in Guillermo del Toro’s Blade II as Priest and Underworld: Evolution as Markus.
