Will there be a series 3 of Beat The Chasers?
It is not yet known whether there will be any further episodes or not.
ITV has yet to confirm the commissioning of a third series.
However, shows are usually brought back based on their audience numbers.
Governess Anne Hegerty said the ratings for the first series were “enormous” in a chat with Radio Times last May. And on Twitter last week (January 5th), Mark Labbett unveiled an episode of Beat The Chasers second series that averaged 4.28 million viewers.
Hence, TV bosses are likely to bring the show back for a third outing.
ED! contacted ITV for comment.
When is Beat The Chasers expected to return?
It’s hard to tell when a third series will air as there hasn’t been a pattern yet.
The show started in April 2020 and then returned for the second time this month.
If the program returns, it could hit screens in late 2021 or early 2022.
Will Darragh Ennis be on Beat The Chasers’ third series?
Darragh made his debut as new chaser The Menace last year and was a hit.
Mark ‘The Beast’ Labbett, Anne ‘The Governess’ Hegerty, Paul ‘The Sinnerman’ Sinha, Jenny ‘The Vixen’ Ryan, and Shaun ‘The Dark Destroyer’ Wallace all appear on Beat The Chasers, so viewers were a bit surprised at that Darragh wasn’t on the lineup.
However, he has stated that it was just “too early to fix it all” and it is believed that he will appear when the show comes back.
He tweeted, “Okay, I’m not on Beat The Chasers this time. It’s not that they don’t love me or anything (how could they not?), It was just too early to fix it all. “
Okay, I’m not on Beat The Chasers this time. It’s not because they don’t love me or anything (how could they not?), It was just too early to put everything right.

Beat The Chasers isn’t the quiz show’s only spin-off
Fans of the show are also expected to experience a new adventure with some of their favorite quizzes.
Brainboxes Anne, Mark and Shaun will travel around the world in The Chasers’ Road Trip: trains, brains and automobiles.
